About the Position:
The Partner Enablement Coordinator is responsible for managing the onboarding and support of new partners, as well as addressing the operational needs of the Business Development department. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role will act as a key liaison among Business Development, Relationship Management, Partner Support and other internal support teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes, accurate documentation, timely access to systems, and comprehensive training. Additionally, the position supports sales operations, reporting, CRM management, and cross-functional coordination to drive partner success and revenue growth.
- Review new partner setup packages for completeness and compliance with internal requirements.
- Ensure all required documentation is accurately received and processed.
- Maintain organized electronic records by following standardized naming and storage protocols.
- Input agent data into internal systems, including the company's dashboard.
- Coordinate the creation of backend agent IDs and ensure timely access to systems.
- Distribute welcome materials and schedule onboarding kickoff calls.
- Conduct training sessions on internal systems, tools, and company policy.
- Monitor onboarding progress and assist with new account submissions and merchant activations.
- Assess the partner's preparedness for transitioning to standard support channels.
- Conduct dashboard demonstrations throughout all partner development stages, including application processes, merchant management, residuals, and reporting.
- Coordinate and manage the daily administrative functions of the sales department.
- Monitor and distribute incoming leads, assigning them to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate contact information, activity logs, and deal status.
- Prepare sales and forecast reports for the sales leadership team.
- Support the onboarding process for Business Development and independent agents.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and presentations.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for trade shows, webinars, and partner campaigns.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company at events, promoting partner programs, tools, and incentives.
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, off-site events, and partner engagement activities.
- Support special projects and initiatives directed by leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative coordination, preferably in fintech, merchant services, or SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or another relevant field preferred.
- ETA CPP Certificate preferred.
- Experience in high-risk payment processing preferred.
- Previous experience in partner support preferred.
- Previous Relationship Management experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft products, including Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of TSYS, Fiserv, PPM, and CBOS preferred.
- Understanding of card brand rules and regulations.
- Familiarity with various verticals and their associated risks a plus.
- Knowledge of different processing fees and pricing models a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across multiple groups and departments.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
