About the Position: Under the direction of the POS Compliance & Solutions Manager, the POS Compliance Representative II is responsible for providing payments related technical support services related to identifying and resolving card-brand compliance violations, remediations and acceptance issues in collaboration with our clients (merchants, Sales Partners, and POS vendors).
- Provide first-class customer service/support via telephone, email, chat, and any future channel.
- Investigate and resolve card brand compliance cases.
- Communicate with merchants and partners to gather or share necessary information.
- Coordinate compliance efforts with the Terminal Support team.
- Respond to card brand inquiries and submit required documentation.
- Ensure adherence to card network rules and guidelines.
- Maintains an accurate and complete record of all project communications and track case status.
- Absorbing and retaining a large quantity of departmental system, policy and procedure knowledge.
- Utilizing all tools and systems consistently to enhance department knowledge.
- Retaining and sharing knowledge gained by supporting peers and delivering side by side training to new hires.
- Follow all card brad compliance rules and regulations for the security and integrity of sensitive information.
- Open mind to continued process improvements and innovation by offering suggestions to increase overall team performance.
- Critical thinking by strategically eliminating barriers and offering additional solutions to overcome challenging situations.
- Other duties assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (particularly MS Excel)
- Knowledgeable in point-of-sale systems, related processor application configuration, and payment gateway.
- Applicable TSYS and Fiserv knowledge preferred.
- Critical thinking by strategically eliminating barriers and offering additional solutions to overcome challenging situations.
- Experience in call center environments.
- Ability to listen to others and communicate in an effective manner.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical related directions in verbal and written form.
- Possesses strong analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously while producing a high output of quality work.

This position will need to report onsite to Calabasas, CA.
