About the Position: The Partner Enablement Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the partner onboarding lifecycle, optimizing enablement processes, and driving operational excellence across the Business Development team. This role leads a team of coordinators and specialists, ensuring partners are equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. The Manager collaborates cross-functionally with Relationship Management, Sales Operations, and Technology teams to streamline workflows, enhance partner experiences, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Lead and evolve the partner onboarding and enablement framework to support scalable growth.
- Oversee the review and approval of partner setup packages, ensuring compliance and completeness.
- Develop and maintain standardized documentation, training materials, and onboarding protocols.
- Ensure timely system access, agent ID creation, and dashboard configuration for new partners.
- Monitor onboarding KPIs and partner readiness, implementing improvements as needed.
- Conduct dashboard demonstrations and training sessions.
- Monitor ongoing relationships with newly onboarded agents to ensure they receive dedicated support.
- Manage and mentor a team of Partner Enablement Coordinators and support staff.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities aligned with team and company goals.
- Partner with Sales Team to ensure accurate CRM data, lead distribution, and reporting.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field or 7+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales operations, or business development.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Experience in fintech, merchant services, or SaaS preferred.
- ETA CPP certification and familiarity with high-risk payment processing are a plus.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms.
- Deep understanding of TSYS, Fiserv, PPM, CBOS, and card brand regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
